After many years of owning his own fitness & martial arts studios, John decided to bring his training into homes and offices to work with people one-on-one. John will help you tailor a program that includes fitness, a healthy diet, and everything you need to enjoy wellness. His knowledge goes beyond fitness, and includes martial arts, boxing, nutritional guidance and more.
